A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

It's my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to each one of you as you get ready to join OSWAPIC. This is an environment where we value empowering our chapter members to make an impact.

Use this opportunity to pursue whatever drives your passion. We continue to grow as a chapter and attract new members due to our ability to collaborate, learn, and explore new patient safety solutions.

  2. Step 2: Scroll down to 'About Me Form' and change the quantity to "1".
  3. Step 3: Scroll down and verify that you are not a robot, then select 'Check Out'.
  4. Step 4: Fill out the 'About Me' form and upload a photo or email the photo to Webmaster@oswapic.org.
  5. Step 5: Complete the 'Check Out' process to submit. (please note, the 'About Me' tickets are FREE)
