In September, we launched the Targeted Multidrug Resistant Organism (MDRO) HAI Outbreak Disclosure List available to public health officials and to infection prevention teams in Washington healthcare facilities. We provide this information so healthcare facilities can take proactive steps to protect patient safety. We are asking for feedback from our partners on this outbreak disclosure list in order to ensure it is useful and serves its intended purpose. The survey is open to all, including those who have not been granted access to the list. The survey will close on 12/8/2025.
