With the flu season fast approaching I am wondering, what is your policy for those who are not vaccinated for flu? Have you changed your policy or practice? In the past, we required unvaccinated to wear a mask from December 1st to April 1st. Since COVID we really haven't had to deploy this policy since we have all been masked. We are getting some questions about those who are unvaccinated for the flu. If they are in non-patient care areas. do you require the unvaccinated to mask, or are they able to take off their mask? I feel people are getting so confused about the masking issue! Oh how I long for the days prior to COVID!
