    Hi Fellow IPs...

    My what a difference a year makes.  A year ago we were still universal masking for COVID in patient care areas.

    Per our facility established policy, if unvaccinated for influenza -- healthcare staff must wear a mask when in patient care areas.  

    Can you please share if your facility has masking policy for unvaccinated influenza staff?  If you are willing to share your policy, please feel free to send to llg04@grh.org and/or reply to the group.
