The VA Portland Healthcare System has an open position for an Infection Preventionist. The IP program is well established and includes responsibilities in inpatient care, procedural areas, long term care, residential treatment, home care, behavioral health and outpatient clinics. The main campus is in Portland with a large satellite facility in Vancouver. We have 10 clinics, many Portland area and as far as Astoria, Newport, and Bend. Our team includes 4 Infection Preventionists and 2 Hospital Epidemiologists.
