Participants will review the basic principles and methodologies used to perform infection prevention program rounding, explore performance monitoring principles, and analyze the results of rounding to inform program improvement initiatives.

Participants are invited to stay on the call after the webinar, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (CT), for Office Hours with our subject matter experts. It's an opportunity to ask questions, discuss pressing infection prevention topics, and collaborate.

• Explore performance monitoring principles and their relation to infection prevention program.

• Apply rounding principles to meet objectives of IPC programs.

• Analyze results of rounding to inform program performance improvement initiatives
