Hallway tables 1 – 12 are $450 + $30 premium fee and Concourse D tables 13 – 25 are $450. We are aware CDC is in the process of relaxing a number of previous COVID-19 requirements for indoor gathering. But due to the nature of a virus that seems prone to rapid mutation and the logistical requirements of setting venue table arrangements in advance, we have once again chosen to have 2 locations to accommodate our exhibitors with 6 feet spacing between tables. While those situated in Concourse D, the room off the main corridor, may feel more isolated, we will make extra effort to direct traffic into that room.
