Vendor Tables are $450 and 1 lunch does come with that fee. There is a $30 fee for each additional lunch.
General Exhibitor Information
- Includes six foot table with cloth table covering.
- Name badges will be provided for exhibitors.
- Continental breakfast and lunch for one (additional lunches may be purchased for $30).
- Attendee roster (individual attendee approval requested).

By registering for this conference you are responsible for payment, regardless or your attendance.
If you choose to mail in you payment, it is IMPORTANT that you contact the exhibitor committee after you complete online registration to arrange payment; otherwise, your table selection could be released.
