Exhibitor Information 

Hallway tables 1 – 12 are $450 + $30 premium fee and Concourse D tables 13 – 25 are $450. We are aware CDC is in the process of relaxing a number of previous COVID-19 requirements for indoor gathering. But due to the nature of a virus that seems prone to rapid mutation and the logistical requirements of setting venue table arrangements in advance we have once again chosen to have 2 locations to accommodate our exhibitors with 6 feet spacing between tables. While those situated in Concourse D, the room off the main corridor, may feel more isolated, we will make extra effort to direct traffic into that room.



General Exhibitor Information 
  • Includes six foot table with cloth table covering.
  • Name badgers will be provided for exhibitors. 

  • Continental breakfast and lunch for one (additional lunches may be purchased for $30).
  • Attendee roster (individual attendee approval requested).

 By registering for this conference you are responsible for payment, regardless or your attendance.

If you choose to mail in you  payment, it is IMPORTANT that you contact the exhibitor committee after you complete online registration to arrange payment; otherwise, your table selection could be released.
