Refund policy

APIC New England Program Refund Policy:

We apologize that we cannot provide refunds to registered attendees.  Attendees may use their payment credit for another conference at a later date if they cannot attend as planned. Please inform us ahead of time. Questions can be directed to apicne.treasurer@gmail.com

APIC New England Conference Payment Policy:

For attendees: Payment must be received by the chapter treasurer at least 7 days prior to the conference date.  Registrations without payment by that date will be cancelled.  The attendee may attempt to register at the door on the day of the conference, if space is available, and if payment is given at that time, with the late fee.

For vendors/exhibitors: Payment must be received by the chapter treasurer at least 7 days prior to the conference date.  Registrations without payment by that date will be cancelled.  The vendor may attempt to register at the door on the day of the conference, if space is available, and if payment is given at that time.
