Vendor Exhibitor information

APIC New England offers businesses supporting infection prevention the opportunity to exhibit at the semi-annual educational conferences.   The APIC New England meetings attract over 100 attendees from a wide variety of healthcare institutions, including acute care, long term care, ambulatory care, and other areas.  

Vendor Event Information
Each registration includes a six-foot draped table, 2 meals (breakfast, break, and lunch) and parking.  Additional meals can be purchased at the time of registration.  Each vendor space is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.  We make an effort to accommodate all interested parties who submit the required documents and payments prior to the meeting. Early submission of registration is encouraged as there are a limited number of spaces.
  

Documents required by each vendor - this will vary depending on the event location: 

  • A Certificate of Insurance Liability (COI)  (if applicable) 
  • Full payment required, pricing is subject to change with each conference,  by credit card or check is due  on or before the date listed on the registration. Credit card payment is preferred.
  • Electrical requests  - each venue is different - vendors that require electrical hook up at their table will incur an additional fee from the location of the conference.

NOTE : If you wish to receive CEU's, it is necessary to register for the conference. 

Our block hotel rate is available to vendors as well as attendees.

Vendors must review the payment deadline policy.  Tables will not be held without payment.
