President/Elect- The board president leads the organization.  This is a 3-year term.  The first year is served in the elect role, onboarding to the President position.  The second two years are in the President role.
You must have served previously on the board to run for the President role. The President guides the chapter in fulfillment of its mission and vision, serving its members and the profession.

This is a 2-year term. The Secretary is responsible for maintaining all chapter records, meeting minutes, and membership records

This is a 3-year term, with the first year served in the elect position. The communications director is responsible for communications to members, maintaining the website and social media accounts, and administering election ballots.

Legislative representative:

This is a 3-year term. The chapter legislative rep is knowledgeable about APIC policy positions, and serves as the chapter’s liaison to local and state elected representatives. The CLR communicates with members and officials to move important policies forward.

Treasurer:

This is a 3-year term, with the first year served is the elect position.  The treasurer is responsible for budgeting, reporting, maintaining, and managing the chapter’s funds. Detail-oriented members, interested in the financial aspects of APIC, should consider running for Treasurer-Elect for the next year,

This is a 2-year term, with the first year served in the elect position.  The Program Director is an exciting position in which you are involved in planning and overseeing the biannual conferences. The Director works with the Program Committee to plan all details of the conference, including the agenda and speaker selection.
