The Southeastern Wisconsin APIC (APIC SEW) Chapter is pleased to welcome vendors to exhibit at our chapter meetings. Exhibiting offers a valuable opportunity to connect with infection prevention professionals, share innovations, and highlight products and services that support safe, effective patient care.

We appreciate our vendor partners and look forward to your participation.

About Our Meetings:

APIC‑SEW chapter meetings are primarily held in person, with a virtual option available. Meetings take place from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Vendors may set up their exhibits prior to the start of the meeting and are welcome to remain set up for the full duration. Dedicated time is provided for members to visit vendor exhibits, and vendors will also have the opportunity to give a brief presentation.

Vendor Exhibit Guidelines:

To ensure a positive and organized experience for both vendors and members, we ask that all participating vendors follow the guidelines below:

  • Vendor displays and presentations are subject to approval by the APIC‑SEW Board and membership, based on space and availability.
  • Exhibit setup is scheduled during a designated time prior to the Chapter’s business meeting.
  • Vendors are allotted up to 10 minutes for their presentation.
  • Presentations should focus on your own products or services.
    • References to specific competing vendors or products are not permitted.
    • General, non‑branded references are acceptable (e.g., bleach‑based disinfectants, UV light disinfection).
  • Vendors who are APIC‑SEW members will be given priority over non‑members.

Interested in joining us at a chapter meeting? 

To participate as a vendor, the following items must be completed and submitted at least one (1) day prior to the meeting:

  • Vendor Representative Application 
  • Visiting Vendor Representative Responsibility and Policy Acknowledgement Form
  • $100 vendor fee, payable by:
    • Check made out to APIC‑SEW, or
    • Zelle payment (see application for details)

Late Fee:
A $25 late fee will be applied if the vendor fee is not received at least one day prior to the meeting date.
