About Our Meetings:
APIC‑SEW chapter meetings are primarily held in person, with a virtual option available. Meetings take place from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Vendors may set up their exhibits prior to the start of the meeting and are welcome to remain set up for the full duration. Dedicated time is provided for members to visit vendor exhibits, and vendors will also have the opportunity to give a brief presentation.

Vendor Exhibit Guidelines:
To ensure a positive and organized experience for both vendors and members, we ask that all participating vendors follow the guidelines below:
- Vendor displays and presentations are subject to approval by the APIC‑SEW Board and membership, based on space and availability.
- Exhibit setup is scheduled during a designated time prior to the Chapter’s business meeting.
- Vendors are allotted up to 10 minutes for their presentation.
- Presentations should focus on your own products or services.
- References to specific competing vendors or products are not permitted.
- General, non‑branded references are acceptable (e.g., bleach‑based disinfectants, UV light disinfection).
- Vendors who are APIC‑SEW members will be given priority over non‑members.
