We greatly appreciate our Industry Partners as their support enables us to provide quality educational programs at a reasonable price as well as getting updated and important information on products that relate to infection prevention.  We welcome new Industry Partner applicants and appreciate your interest in supporting our chapter, which covers the state of Indiana.

Statewide Conference

We have two educational conferences a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Our Industry Partners donate a per table fee to exhibit their products and provide information to the Infection Preventionists (IPs). We allow ample time for Industry Partner visits and to obtain contact information for product follow-up during the conferences. Tables are usually open prior to the meeting, at the morning break and during the lunch hour. We also provide the Industry Partners with one free lunch that is included with the table donation fee.

Regional Meetings

There are also opportunities for smaller presentations at our regional meetings. Often Industry Partners have requested or agreed to sponsor a meeting luncheon with an opportunity to display/discuss a specific product line. We welcome and appreciate the opportunity for this more prolonged interaction and having an opportunity for questions. We also provide an opportunity for product presentation at our board of director meetings.
