President-Elect (1)Duties: Shall prepare to assume the office of President should that office become vacancy and subsequently
fill the off ice of President for a regular term as is entitled the President-elect. The President-elect shall serve
for a term of one year or until a successor has assumed office. Three year commitment - one year as
President-Elect, one year as President, and one year as immediate Past President.
Board Member (1) One year term
Duties: Shall be the governing body of the association and shall establish association policy for conducting
the business and management functions of the association. Reviews committees and officers reports and
makes recommendations concerning committee activities.
