The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) is an international organization dedicated to improving healthcare quality through infection prevention and epidemiology.
Founded in 1982, APIC Grand Canyon is Arizona's only APIC chapter, representing over 180 infection preventionists across diverse healthcare settings — including acute care, behavioral health, ambulatory care, and long-term care.
Our members are committed to advancing infection prevention through education, networking, and sharing evidence-based practices. Chapter meetings offer regular opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
