If staff refuse COVID19 testing for long term care based on community rate? What precautions (if any) are put in place for those staff members?

It is mandatory in our building. If you do not test then you do not work.

Our facility is mandating testing. If they choose to not test they will be off work for 2 weeks with no pay. We had a focused IP and COVID preparedness survey this week and that is what they advised us to do.
