Program Goal: This two day educational program is designed to provide an update on the 2017 NHSN surveillance definitions for reporting. Additionally, it will provide an overview of evaluating entered data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, introduction to analysis, advanced analysis, and how these data can be used for prevention.
Target Audience: Registered Nurses and Infection Preventionists in a hospital or long term care setting.
