"Diversity can mean many things to different people, words such as race, ethnicity, or religion may come to mind. Diversity and inclusion can be an uncomfortable topic for many, however, many organizations are just starting to discuss DE&I in the workplace. The Greater Baltimore Chapter has been discussing it and has taken action to move it forward with our chapter."
