APIC Montana (Chapter 117) was honored with the 2024 APIC Chapter Excellence Award at APIC annual conference in San Antonio, TX, recognizing outstanding performance, innovation, and member impact.

This national award recognizes chapters that demonstrate outstanding performance through innovation programming, meaningful member engagement, and strong alignment with APIC’s mission and strategic priorities. Programs considered for this award are those newly launched or significantly enhanced with the past year and designated to support local members while advancing infection prevention and epidemiology practices.

APIC Chapter Excellence Awards recognize impactful programs launched or enhanced within the last past year that support professional development, collaboration, and infection prevention best practices.

APIC evaluates chapter submissions by membership size, with up to two awards present annually in each category. This recognition reflects the collective efforts, leadership, and commitment of APIC Montana members to excellence in infection prevention across the state.
