APIC Wichita Area Chapter

The APIC Wichita Area Chapter has served to bring the APIC vision of “healthcare without infection” to South, Central, and Western Kansas since 1974. Our membership consists of IPs in all settings, including both large and small Acute Care, Long Term Care, Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health, Public Health, and Commercial Services.

  • Award for Synergistic Alliances

    Our chapter works closely with state and local agencies to provide educational resources and support to its members, so that they may carry out the APIC mission.

  • Diverse IPs

    IPs in all settings—including both large and small Acute Care, Long Term Care, Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health, Public Health, and Commercial Services

  • Member Meetings & Events

    Business meetings are held quarterly.  All meetings are held virtually, except for an annual in-person meeting at the KHA Infection Prevention Conference in March.
