Position Objective:
The Manager of Employee Health and Wellness endeavors to promote health and safety to all employees by facilitating an Employee Health Program which includes disease prevention and treatment; following employee illnesses and injuries; conducting employee health screenings; and promoting a safe work environment. This position requires effective interpersonal and management skills in order to plan, organize, direct and control the activities, budget and personnel, both clinical and administrative, of the Emloyee Health and Wellness office. The Manager will be responsible for the worker's compensation program, occupational health regulatory issues and provide oversight for employee disease management.
