To request your username and initial password setup, please reach out to Justin Blanding at justin.blanding@ks.gov. From there you will receive an email from kdhe.epihotline@ks.gov with your username (ending in kscontact.com) and a link to reset your password. This link expires in 24 hours so please be sure to set up your account as soon as possible.
