2024 Vendor Information Letter

 On behalf of the Association in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) Southern

New Jersey Chapter we would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor during one of our monthly virtual chapter meetings.

 Although, APIC SNJ cannot endorse specific products, this is a great opportunity for you to present your product information to a targeted audience of infection prevention professionals from the across the state of New Jersey. Our members are a diverse group representing many care environments such as acute care, ambulatory, long term care, behavioral health, free standing Surgical Centers, Dialysis, health departments, pediatric facilities and physician offices.

 Our meeting platform is to update our IP’s on the latest evidence-based practice and review current infection prevention strategies. The Chapter is comprised of over 250 members who can benefit from your specific information. You will have 10 minutes to display and/or discuss your product(s), then following, a meeting summary will be distributed to all members which will include your product information.  

 If you would like to reserve a time at one of our meetings the details are below:

 __ Display Option 1: Exhibit table in the lobby ………………………….. $200 (Cash or check only)

 __ Display Option 2: Exhibit table in the lobby PLUS a 10 minute product education session during

the meeting…………………………………………………………………………... $300 (Cash or check only)

 The Product Support Director will announce vendors during the business section of the meeting providing a brief description of the product.

The vendor fee will be waived for any organization who supplies a speaker at the same event!

All Meetings take place in-person at a designated facility. Location and times to be determined. If uncertain , check the website below.

 

*In the event we are forced to hold a meeting virtually, an on-line platform (such as Zoom or Teams) will be used.
